Mai House is designed to be versatile, with a variety of backdrops, textures and possibilities within a very spacious room with a

10 1/2 foot ceiling.

Five 7-foot tall windows ensure that Mai is flooded with light all day long, and allow for the sunsets to bathe the objects in an ethereal glow. 

Situated on the 4th floor, the studio is wheelchair accessible and comes with a roomy, high capacity elevator.

The studio is 630 ft, and also has a hallway (where you can temporarily store stuff) and 2 private restrooms, bringing it to a generous 800 ft.  It is equipped with wifi, AC, bluetooth speakers and a hot/cold water dispenser. 

Mai House is permanently inhabited by giant plants that are just begging to make it into your shots.
