Located in the most accessible area of Manhattan, the studio is on the corner of Forsyth and Canal, straddling the border between Chinatown and the Lower East Side.

Steps away from the Manhattan Bridge, with a stunning view of One World Trade Center from our 4th Floor windows. Our studio is accessible by stairs or elevator.

 Mai House Studio is a 5 minute walk from the BD, F, and NRQW trains.
 

Free parking on the adjacent Eldridge Street, plus metered parking right in front of the building (free after 7pm). There are paid parking garages within a short walk as well, including a 24hr one.
